Hot Rollers… Yes, I actually said Hot Rollers

Hot Rollers… Yes, I actually said Hot Rollers

I’ve decided to take a chance here. I’m not the worlds best stylist, but I try and sometimes, well it does work. This is one instance where it worked. I follow a number of what I would call “hair/fashion” blogs, not unlike the rest of you. Sometimes I’m brave and try their stylings and should totally have a page labeled “Pinterest Fails!” I’d have a ton of funny pics…hmm, I just gave myself an idea.

Anyway, I adore Alexis’s stylings. She’s got this gorgeous to die for long blond hair and she knows how to use it! She’s a stylist and makeup artist. She typically blogs once a week with a new fashion/hair/makeup tip and I have to say the Taylor Swift side swept pony is my next mission! I will do it…or fail miserable and post a “Pinterest Fails!” lol

So after seeing Alexis’s post, I decided to order some hot rollers from Amazon because I didn’t want just any, and my professional beauty supply store didn’t carry them. I’m picky that way, and spoiled because my sister-in-law used to do hair and I can buy the professional stuff cheap. Anyway, I ordered the Babyliss brand because I trust their name (didn’t want something that would damage my hair) and gave it a shot.

This is the end result, not too shabby I’d say, not too shabby.
